Case 56 is a 30 year-old male Bangladesh national with no recent travel history to China. He is currently warded in an isolation room at National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID). He is linked to the cluster at the Seletar Aerospace Heights construction site.

He had been identified as a close contact of Case 47, and was quarantined. He reported onset of symptoms on 12 February and was brought to Tan Tock Seng Hospital where he was immediately isolated. Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on 13 February morning.

Prior to hospital admission, he had been quarantined at a government quarantine facility.He has been discharged from hospital today (26 Feb).
