Case 185 is a 34 year-old male Singapore Citizen who had been in Malaysia from 22 February to 23 February. He is warded in an isolation room at National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID). He is linked to case 142.
He reported onset of symptoms on 7 March and had sought treatment at a GP clinic on 9 March. As he had been identified as a close contact of Case 142, he was placed on quarantine on 9 March, and was referred to NCID by MOH on 10 March.
Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on 12 March morning.
Prior to hospital admission, he mostly stayed at home at Circuit Road.
He was discharged from hospital on 23 March.
