Case 118 is a 33 year-old female Singapore Citizen who has no recent travel history to affected countries and regions. She is a family member of Cases 114 and 115, and is linked to the cluster involving the private dinner function at SAFRA Jurong.
She reported onset of symptoms on 29 February and had sought treatment at Pioneer Polyclinic on 2 March. She presented at the emergency department at National University Hospital on 4 March. Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on 5 March afternoon.
Prior to hospital admission, she had mostly stayed at home in the Westwood Avenue area.
He has fully recovered from the infection and have been discharged from hospital (18 March).
